Terms and Conditions of Participation
Application and Deadline
All participants have to send the fully completed entry form (see below) to the address
by 10 June 2022. The date of receipt is decisive.
Documents to be submitted are
- the completely filled and signed entry form,
- copies of the birth certificate or an official identity card indicating the birth date,
- a digital photograph (portrait), together with the full name of the participant, to be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org,
- a proof of the payment of the application fee.
The application is valid with the receipt of payment of the application fee to
IBAN: DE59 7009 0500 0002 7499 98, BIC: GENODEF1S04
with the notation: “name of participant / Dialog-Klavierpodium”.
The application fee is € 100,- for the solo competition and € 75,- per person for the duo competition. If you register to both competitions at the same time the application fee for the duo competition is reduced to € 50,-.
The participation fee is non-refundable.
After receipt of the payment and the other documents the applicant receives a confirmation from the secretary.
Travel and accommodation expenses have to be covered by the participants.
